Common questions about RFQ and evidence boundaries

Does an inquiry create a contract or reserve production?

No. A commitment only exists in the applicable written quotation, order confirmation or contract.

Are website specifications and images the final ordered scope?

No. The final scope is the confirmed project version stated in the applicable technical schedule, quotation, order confirmation or contract.

Is Topeng the manufacturer of every listed or custom fixture?

No. Topeng coordinates sourcing and project supply. The relevant manufacturing partner, document owner and contracting role are identified for the RFQ.

Does an available certificate automatically cover my project version?

No. Its holder, issuing body, date and covered model or version must be checked against the project requirement.
