Project & application
Villa, hospitality, retail, facade, landscape, road, parking or another named zone.
Saudi Arabia / independent procurement route
Use one structured brief to screen indoor, villa custom, outdoor and LED-module requirements for a Saudi project. Product selection, documents and commercial terms remain model- and project-specific.
Capability or requirement is discussed at project level before any model, finish or document claim is published.

Buyer gate / answer first
Send the fields you know. Unknown values stay open; they are not guessed or turned into compliance claims.
Villa, hospitality, retail, facade, landscape, road, parking or another named zone.
Indoor/outdoor exposure, ambient heat, dust, coastal conditions, cleaning and operating hours.
Voltage, frequency, driver, dimming/control, surge requirement and connection method.
Target use, output, CCT, CRI, beam, glare limit, mounting height and calculation files.
Approving party, required standard/file, exact model coverage and submission date.
Model or zone quantities, sample date, approval milestone, destination and delivery target.
Six Saudi project tasks
Each route leads to a public application, reviewed answer or RFQ handoff. Final model, partner and evidence status remain separately identified.
الضيافة
Screen guestroom, corridor, lobby and public-area lighting from the room schedule, target mood and operating requirements.
Open hospitality applicationالفلل
Coordinate architectural and decorative lighting from drawings, room schedules, finishes, samples and installation constraints.
Open villa applicationالواجهات
Check exposure, mounting, optical intent, controls and evidence boundaries before shortlisting a facade-lighting route.
Review facade answersتنسيق المواقع
Define the zone, environmental exposure, glare constraints, access and maintenance inputs for landscape lighting.
Review landscape answersالمساحات العامة
Start a requirement-led handoff for plazas, walkways and shared public zones without assuming approval or compliance.
Start public-realm RFQالطرق ومواقف السيارات
Record roadway or parking geometry, mounting height, target performance, controls, environment and approval route.

What Topeng can coordinate
What must be confirmed
Five-step procurement flow
No stage changes a pending field into a confirmed fact without the responsible evidence or written commercial record.
BOQ, room or zone list, models, quantities, destination, target date and approval needs.
Open technical, evidence, commercial and responsibility fields remain visible.
Candidate supply routes are compared by published facts and requested evidence.
The exact version, drawing, finish and document scope are recorded before approval.
The contracting entity, price, delivery terms, responsibilities and release conditions are confirmed in writing.

FAQ / evidence boundary
These answers separate public evidence from the configuration and file checks completed for a live project.
Topeng can coordinate requirement capture, product comparison, evidence-gap review and export handoff for a Saudi lighting RFQ. Product selection, technical design, document acceptance and authority approval remain subject to the named project and responsible parties.
No. Topeng is an independent lighting sourcing and technical procurement interface and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Saudi Vision 2030 or any Saudi authority.
No blanket approval claim is made. Any SASO, SABER or other compliance requirement must be checked for the exact product model, document holder, shipment route, project scope and current authority requirement before selection or import.
Send the project type and location, application or room schedule, quantities, destination, target date and required approval documents. Add the BOQ, drawings and reference images when available so missing fields can be listed for confirmation.
Identify supply voltage and frequency, target wattage or lumen output, CCT, CRI, beam or distribution, driver and dimming or control requirements. The responsible designer and project reviewer must confirm the final electrical and optical criteria.
State whether the installation is indoor or outdoor and identify heat, dust, water, drainage, corrosion, coastal exposure, mounting and maintenance conditions. Product suitability must then be checked for the exact model and installation.
Yes. Topeng can organise the requirements in one buyer-facing schedule while keeping each product, manufacturing partner, evidence owner, commercial line and approval status separately identified.
The buyer and its appointed consultant or project reviewer decide product acceptance, while the named manufacturer and document owner support product evidence and the importer or relevant authority determines applicable market-entry requirements. Topeng coordinates the comparison but does not replace those decisions.
