How Your Inquiry Information Is Handled
This notice describes the current inquiry flow on this website. It does not claim that the website provides a file-upload or account-storage service.
Current handling steps
From local summary to a channel you choose
Last updated: 20 July 2026
Information you choose to enter
The custom-lighting brief can include your name, company or project team, country, city, email, WhatsApp number, project type, rooms, quantities, target date, design references, dimensions, material and finish preferences, electrical requirements, budget range, sample and packing requirements, destination and delivery preferences. Optional fields can be left blank.
What happens in the browser
The current form composes a project summary on your device. It does not create a Topeng account, submit the brief to a Topeng web server, or intentionally save unsent form values to a Topeng database. The current form does not use autosave, browser storage, analytics-field capture or hidden submission.
Selected files are not uploaded
Selecting a reference file does not upload or store the file on this website. The file name may be included in the locally prepared summary as a reminder. To send the file, open the email draft and attach it yourself before sending. The site does not display an upload-success message.
Email and WhatsApp handoff
When you open an email or WhatsApp draft, the prepared text is handed to the application or service you choose. Review the recipient and message before sending. Once you proceed, that provider and your device settings govern transmission and storage in that channel. WhatsApp is an alternative contact route; email is preferred for BOQs, drawings and formal attachments.
How Topeng uses a message you send
After you send the message, Topeng can use the information to respond, clarify the requirement, prepare an RFQ, coordinate agreed samples or documents and manage the next project step. Sending information does not create an order or confirm supply.
Manufacturing-partner review
The external email or WhatsApp permission does not authorise manufacturing-partner sharing. If a partner review becomes necessary, Topeng should first identify the proposed manufacturing partner or partners and the information needed, then obtain separate buyer approval before sharing. Manufacturing partners are separate businesses and are not presented as Topeng departments or factories.
Your choices
You can leave optional fields blank, copy the summary without sending it, choose email instead of WhatsApp, or stop before opening either service. Before sending, remove any information you do not want included. For a question about an inquiry already sent, contact tpchenzhilin@gmail.com or WhatsApp +86 173 0230 3755 and identify the project.
Scope and updates
This notice covers the current website inquiry handoff only. It does not state a retention period, verified legal entity address, cookie policy, international-transfer mechanism or governing law that has not been confirmed. This page must be updated when the form, upload method, storage, analytics or contact route changes.
FAQ / inquiry handling
Privacy questions for the current RFQ flow
Does this website upload my selected file?
No. The current website does not transmit or store the file. Attach it yourself in the email or messaging service you choose.
Are my form answers sent when I create the summary?
No. Creating the summary prepares text in the current browser session. Opening and proceeding with email or WhatsApp hands the prepared information to that external service.
What may be shared with a manufacturing partner?
Nothing is authorised by the external-channel checkbox alone. Topeng should identify the proposed partner and necessary information first, then obtain separate buyer approval for that RFQ.
Can I prepare the brief without sending it?
Yes. You can review or copy the summary and stop before opening email or WhatsApp.
