Custom lighting brief FAQ

These answers separate public evidence from the configuration and file checks completed for a live project.

Has my file been uploaded?

No. The current website does not upload or store the selected file. Its name may appear in the local summary so you remember to attach it in your email client.

Are my answers sent when I click Create Project Summary?

No. That action only prepares text in your browser. Information leaves this page when you choose an external email or WhatsApp route and proceed with that provider.

Can I prepare a brief with missing specifications?

Yes. Name, country, project type and one contact route are required. Missing technical or commercial fields can be listed for confirmation during RFQ review.

Does preparing the brief confirm a design or price?

No. The brief starts the review. Product version, manufacturing partner, drawings, evidence, availability, MOQ, lead time, price and other terms are confirmed separately in writing.

Why might project information be shared with a manufacturing partner?

A partner may need relevant dimensions, design, material, electrical, quantity or timing information to assess feasibility, sample work or quotation. Topeng identifies the partner for the RFQ and shares only the necessary project scope after consent.
