No. Topeng is the sourcing and project-supply interface. The manufacturing partner, document owner and confirmed supply scope are identified for each RFQ.

Can you copy a reference chandelier exactly?

A reference image communicates design intent, but it does not confirm technical feasibility, ownership rights or an identical result. Proportion, material, finish, construction and permitted design direction must be reviewed before any proposal.

Are custom models, certificates and GCC compliance already approved?

Not by default. Model or project-version documents are requested and checked against the destination and approval requirement. A certificate is only described as covering a product when its holder and scope can be matched to that version.

What are the MOQ and lead time?

They depend on design complexity, material, sample route, quantity, manufacturing partner and approval schedule. Topeng confirms both in the written RFQ rather than publishing an unsupported universal number.

Can architectural, decorative and outdoor lighting be combined?

Yes. They can be coordinated in one room-and-zone schedule, while separate manufacturing partners, evidence and commercial lines remain visible.

What should I send first?

Send the project country, project type, rooms, target date and one contact route. Add a BOQ, drawings, reference images and available specifications by email when ready.
