RFQ / choose the right starting route

Start a Project Lighting RFQ

Start with a BOQ, a room schedule or the project information already available. Topeng will use the selected route to structure the requirement and identify the evidence still needed; an inquiry is not an order or supply commitment.

Pending confirmation

Capability or requirement is discussed at project level before any model, finish or document claim is published.

Four inquiry routes

Choose what you have today

Unknown fields can remain for confirmation. Choose the route that best matches the information already available.

01

Send a BOQ or Fixture Schedule

Best for projects with model, quantity, drawing or technical-line items already listed. Use email for formal files and large attachments.

Prepare BOQ handoff
02

Create a Custom Lighting Brief

Best for villa projects organised by room, design reference, size, finish, target date and approval need.

03

Request a Model Sample

Best for a named catalogue model. Include model, configuration, quantity, destination and the evidence needed before sample approval.

Prepare sample handoff
04

Define an LED Module / OEM Requirement

Best when dimensions, wattage, CCT, CRI, driver, thermal, optical, control or replacement-fit requirements are known.

Bid / no-bid inputs

Commercial feasibility starts with four facts

They let Topeng assess the route without pretending that a universal MOQ, delivery date or approval file applies.

01

Quantity

Give the total and, where possible, the quantity by model or room/zone.

02

Destination

Name the country and delivery city or port so logistics and market requirements can be checked.

03

Target date

State the required sample, approval and delivery dates; timing is confirmed only in writing.

04

Required evidence

List the datasheet, drawing, photometric file, report, certificate or sample record needed for review.

Protected external handoff

Prepare the channel, then attach files yourself

Choose the inquiry route and review the permission below. The website prepares text only; your email or WhatsApp application opens after consent, and you remain responsible for reviewing the recipient and manually attaching files.

Commercial decision inputs

Add what is known. Blank fields are marked for completion in the prepared draft.

Authorise the external channel permission immediately above to enable either app.

No file is uploaded or attached here. After your external app opens, attach the BOQ, drawing, schedule or sample reference manually, then review and send it yourself.

Minimum first review

Minimum information for a useful first review

Provide your name, country, one contact route and project type. Add available models or product categories, quantities, destination, target date, required documents and files.

Email

Primary route for BOQs, drawings, schedules and formal project summaries.

WhatsApp

Alternative for a quick introduction or follow-up; it does not replace the written specification or confirmed RFQ.

Selected file

This website does not upload or attach it. Open the email draft, attach the file yourself, review the message and send it.

No file has been uploaded. Files selected on this website remain on your device unless you attach and send them through your email or messaging provider.

After the inquiry

What happens after you send the inquiry

The brief starts a review. Any supply or commercial commitment is made separately in writing.

  1. 01

    Requirement review

Topeng checks the project context and lists missing decisions.

  2. 02

    Route definition

Suitable product families or candidate manufacturing routes are identified for comparison.

  3. 03

    Evidence request

The RFQ states which drawings, data, samples or documents require confirmation.

  4. 04

    Written next step

Any quotation, sample plan, lead time or supply commitment is confirmed separately in writing.

FAQ / evidence boundary

RFQ and handoff FAQ

These answers separate public evidence from the configuration and file checks completed for a live project.

Can I upload a BOQ directly on this website?

Not in the current release. The site can prepare an email route, but it does not upload or store your file. Attach the BOQ in your email client before sending.

Will I receive an automatic quotation?

No. Product configuration, evidence, availability and commercial terms require review. Any quotation is issued separately for the confirmed RFQ.

Should I use email or WhatsApp?

Use email for BOQs, drawings and formal project information. Use WhatsApp for a short introduction or follow-up, then keep final specifications and approvals in the written RFQ record.

Does submitting an RFQ reserve stock or production capacity?

No. Availability, production slot and delivery timing are only confirmed in the written quotation or contract.
