A bridge should read as architecture after dark.
Lake Dumat Al-Jandal is a destination where water, public walking routes and urban leisure meet. For this kind of waterfront project, the lighting task is not only to make the bridge visible. It must define the rhythm of the structure, support safe movement and create a memorable night scene that can be recognized from a distance.
The bridge surface uses a repeated vertical rib structure. RGBW flood and wall-wash fixtures placed behind the ribs create a continuous color band without hiding the bridge form. Warm amber scenes make the structure feel calm and premium; purple and blue scenes give the lakefront a festival or city-event mood.
For Middle East projects, this approach is practical because the visible fixture quantity can be controlled, service access remains possible, and the lighting effect can be changed by scene instead of by rebuilding the installation.
